Terms of Service

Insly Reviews helps businesses request customer reviews over WhatsApp, SMS and email, route customer ratings (public review invitations for positive ratings; private feedback for negative ones), manage Google Business Profile reviews, and draft AI-assisted reply suggestions.

You sign in through Insly SSO and are responsible for activity under your account. Agencies managing client businesses are responsible for having authority to act for those clients.

• You may only upload or connect customer contacts you have a lawful basis to contact (POPIA and any other applicable law). You remain the responsible party for your customer data.
• No spam: the service enforces opt-outs and reminder caps; do not attempt to bypass them.
• Review integrity: you may not use the service to solicit fake reviews, offer incentives in exchange for reviews, or otherwise breach Google's review policies. Our rating funnel never prevents any customer from posting publicly.
• Provide accurate business information (including your Google review link).

Connecting a Google account is optional and done via Google OAuth. You authorise us to access your Business Profile reviews and to post the owner replies you approve. You must comply with Google's applicable terms and policies, and you can revoke access at any time. Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Reply drafts are automated suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving any content posted in your name; we do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of drafts. Where auto-reply is enabled for positive reviews, you accept responsibility for replies posted under that setting.

Paid plans are billed monthly in South African Rand at the prices shown on our pricing page, month-to-month with no lock-in. We may suspend service for non-payment. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Message delivery depends on third-party networks and providers we do not control.

We own the service and its software. You own your data (business information, contact lists, feedback received) and grant us the licence needed to operate the service on your behalf.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the content of reviews customers post.

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On closure we delete or anonymise your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If any provision is unenforceable the remainder stands. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions: [email protected].
